Krishi Vigyan Kendra has very well developed administrative building having classrooms, audio visual hall, soil & water testing laboratory and computer rooms.

Farmer/Farm Woman Hostel

Krishi Vigyan Kendra has a farmer/Farm Woman hostel that can accommodate more than 100 farmers at a time.

The facilities are also available on nominal charges for farmers visiting us during study tours.

Soil & Water Testing Laboratory

KVK is equipped with well maintained Soil & Water Testing Laboratory.

Soil sample analysis parameters are pH, Electric Conductivity, Organic Carbon, available Nitrogen, Phosphorus & Potassium.

Farm

Krishi Vigyan Kendra possesses 110 acres of land which is fully under cultivation of regional major crops. The main purpose of the farm is to demonstrate the latest techno based agricultural practices. It also acts as a tool to apply research on agricultural technologies & undertake trials before their transfer to farmers. After careful planning and analysis of soil types, the farm is divided into three major blocks such as Horticulture, Agronomy and Nursery unit.
